Returns Policy

At AVORI Nest, we want you to feel happy and confident with every purchase. We carefully select and prepare each piece with your little one's everyday moments in mind. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help.

Change of Mind Returns

We understand that sometimes a purchase may not be quite what you expected.

We accept change-of-mind returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item:

  • ✓ Is unused and in its original condition
  • ✓ Is clean and free from damage, marks or signs of use
  • ✓ Has all original tags and packaging, where applicable
  • ✓ Has not been washed, altered or otherwise used

Please contact us at hello@avorinest.com.au before returning your item so we can guide you through the return process.

For change-of-mind returns, return postage is the responsibility of the customer.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method, provided the return meets the conditions above.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

We carefully check every order before it leaves us, but if your item arrives damaged, faulty or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us at hello@avorinest.com.au as soon as reasonably possible.

Please include your order number and, where helpful, photographs of the issue so we can understand what has happened and assist you promptly.

We’ll work with you to arrange a suitable solution, such as a replacement or refund, in accordance with your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

A Little Note

For hygiene and safety reasons, we ask that items returned due to change of mind are unused, clean and in their original condition.

This requirement does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
